Great pool area!

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The front desk service was appallingly rude. The breakfast was insufficient and the coffee was terrible. The pool water was frigid and uninviting.

Breakfast exceeded expectations with a good variety, accentuated by fresh coffee and delightful fruit options. The pool area offered a nice retreat. however, the awkward placement of the milk cooler made accessing breakfast items inconvenient. A more frequent cleaning of the tables would enhance the dining experience. Overall, the atmosphere was inviting and staff were consistently friendly.

the pull-out bed was a bit worn out 😕 but the bar offered refreshing craft beers and a great space to relax. breakfast had fresh fruit and oatmeal with tons of toppings! the staff were super supportive and friendly! 👍

I appreciated the spacious gym, had enough weights to handle my workout and the pool was perfect after a long day. The friendly staff made me feel at home, like I was part of their family, which was an unexpected but welcome surprise.

This was just a decent option for strolling in Kennewick with good value. The large walk-in closet provided a surprising amount of space for my things. Take advantage of the 24-hour reception for any late-night needs.
